Rhenium Technical Support department provides professional service to a wide range of advanced systems in companies and labs that specialize in life science, medicine and diagnostics, defense and aerospace industries and additional leading industries in the Israeli market.
In the previous year Rhenium invested in high quality computerized pipette calibration and repair lab based on an innovative system which compliance with ISO8655 standards.
The technical department comprise 14 service engineers who were trained and certified at the manufacturers sites and 4 service coordinators who are committed to provide the most efficient service and professional solutions to our customers.

The Purchasing Department provides professional and efficient procurement services and supports the activities, which includes:
- Operation of orders and shipments with more than 100 various suppliers
- Release of shipments from Israel Customs and monitoring their arrival at the company’s warehouses.
- Issuing all relevant government certificates required to import products
- Issuing AMAR certificates by the Israeli MOH
