Reception and Administration Representative
Position description:
  • Manning the reception desk throughout working hours and providing assistance to the office manager as well as administration services to the various departments.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Receiving guests, messengers etc.
  • Assistance to the office manager with various tasks regarding cars, telephones, preparations for meetings
  • Responsible for the cleaning staff, office equipment etc.
  • Administration services to all departments according to requests
  • Assistance to the accounting department with scans of invoices/delivery notes
  • Responsible for the general email mailbox
  • Preparing mail for delivery

  • Knowledge of office applications (mainly Word, Excel and Outlook)
