Position description:
- Back-office support to clients. Including dealing with customers inquiries, preparation of quotations, client subscription and cancelation, registration, etc.
- Logistics and administrative contact person for suppliers of quality control products.
- Department data base organization, coordination between the companys’ different departments (order-entry, customer service and accounting), and dealing with AWBs and invoices.
Position requirements:
- Biology/life science/medical/biotechnology/paramedical background.
- Fluent in English – spoken & in writing.
- Knowledge of office applications (mainly Excel and Outlook).
- SAP experience – advantage.
- Service awareness and experience in customer service.
- Tolerance and patience.
- Multitasking capabilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great interpersonal skills and team-work capability.
