Back-office representative for Quality Control Sales
Position description:
  • Back-office support to clients. Including dealing with customers inquiries, preparation of quotations, client subscription and cancelation, registration, etc.
  • Logistics and administrative contact person for suppliers of quality control products.
  • Department data base organization, coordination between the companys’ different departments (order-entry, customer service and accounting), and dealing with AWBs and invoices.
Position requirements:
  • Biology/life science/medical/biotechnology/paramedical background.
  • Fluent in English – spoken & in writing.
  • Knowledge of office applications (mainly Excel and Outlook).
  • SAP experience – advantage.
  • Service awareness and experience in customer service.
  • Tolerance and patience.
  • Multitasking capabilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great interpersonal skills and team-work capability.
