Rhenium is looking for an experienced and high-energy Account Manager / Inside Sales to support the immense portfolio of solutions and services offered by Rhenium company. The primary function of this role is to engage, build relationships and sell these solutions/services across a variety of clients in the Life Sciences sectors.

Primary duties include: Developing and expand consultative relationships with companies in the biotech / pharma / academia sectors; pursuing or generating leads for new product or service opportunities to new or existing clients; implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth.

Position description:
  • Perform inside sales and marketing activities to grow Rhenium’s market presence
  • Directly responsible for closing sales transactions with clients
  • Coordination of resources within sales and other departments to achieve objectives
  • Maintain and update sales plans, account and opportunity data within company systems as directed
  • Build customer loyalty, provide an excellent experience, achieve retention rates Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly pipeline forecasting
  • Complete administrative work as require 
Position requirements:
  • Master’s degree in life sciences, preferably previous experience in lab work and knowledge of multiple biological methods
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
