We are looking for Field Service Engineer for lab automation liquid handler
Serves field, fault handling, maintenance, and technical training in the field of life sciences research laboratories and hospitals.
- Execution of installations.
- Perform repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
- Performing preventive treatments and repairing faults in hospitals around the country. (Israel)
- Providing solutions to complex technical problems reported by the customer.
- Performing technical training for customers.
- Performing analysis and monitoring of device failure, for the purpose of improvement and efficiency.
- Maintaining continuous technical contact with the manufacturers in English, implementing manufacturer notices, technical updates, and fault management.
- Assistance in service activities in other areas as required.
- Willingness to work even on weekends and beyond normal working hours.
At least 3 years’ experience as an engineer, service technician in the field of life sciences, research and diagnostics, high-tech or a related field.
Education in electronics or electrical or software – education engineer.
Good level of English (speaking, reading and writing) – required.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to withstand stress and multitasking.
Ability to work in a team and at the same time independently in the field.
Ability to detect high-level faults in electronic equipment, including working with complex electrical schemes.

Certified electrician license – an advantage
